Refund policy
Our Policy Due to the nature of our products (false eyelashes and beauty items), all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jescwy@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
